Very Very bad work culture. There is No Job safety, you will be thrown out from company just like a fly from tea. Here you will feel like you are a donkey even you have 30 years of experience with major beverages industry. It's a Lala (Gujju Marwari) company not a Pvt Ltd company its joint venture company with a Chinese organization. You always feel like you are trapped in this organization, and you will start applying job within 1 st day of joining.
