No likes as of now at client location. The company is interested only in billing. The client treats employees as sl*v*s.

1. Worst leave policy. No sick leaves, no casual leaves. Instead of sick leaves they have hospitalization leaves which is applicable only if you hospitalized and that too after utilizing all your earned leaves. 2. No work-life balance at client location. Management considers employees as machine. Only the favourites of management get off on weekend if you are in rotational shift. 3. They provide only yearly salary breakup in your offer letter. No monthly salary breakup is provided. The real game is hidden in variable pay. What they promise, they never give you in your net take home salary. 4. Promotion, 5. Job Security, 6. Skill Development all depends on who is management's favourite. Same as in the most of the organizations. 7. You re doing repeatedly the same useless tasks and the management is there to make your life more miserable by giving you more and more meaning less tasks just to keep client happy to show them that employees are always busy....Read More
