As it an Indian MNC, with huge number of employees, the learning from your work is limited. If you have joined as a college fresher, you won't get package that is best of industry. I joined a fresher with 3.25 package, and left after 5yrs with 7.33 package, which is surely not good. Teammates are a complete gem, this was the best thing about the company.. there are no political vibes or back bitching. Most of the crowd is young and fresh and quite good to go along with. Found some really good friends for life here.

Growth is next to zero. Learning is only in first 6months..afterwards you keep on doing the same job for rest of your life there in techmahindra. Very less or even no salary hikes. No proper HR involvement. Management is the king, concerns are not heard and acted upon. Sometimes even AC does not work for weeks. All this applies to Mumbai location.
