There is nothing to like about that organisation

Dislikes

So company is pretty messed up . People who never studied a particular subject are making books on it. Working environment is not there .Some of the manager are not qualified to be peon but they are managing the work. Whole book is copied from ncert word to word.Salary is low and work hours is 9hr 30 min.

only 5 day work, salary on time, no fire and fire policy so job is stable

Dislikes

No proper promotion and appraisal policy, Biased HR policy, No extra time ay though provide leave, No work on skill set, management discourage job change and resignation.
