Good trainings, good food and pantry services

Dislikes

No work life balance. You are expected to work 24*7. No weekends. If you are not available on weekend then your manager will point it out in review meetings. No clean tech vision. All tasks are adhoc without planning and unrealistic deadlines. Culture of favouritism and partiality. Blame game is common across the teams. HR will talkabout a lot of employee friendly policies but actually nothing happens if you go to them with problems . Directors are also like that. No one listens to your problems. Worst company to work for if you want a stable life and growth. If you just like to keep working all the time then you may join Walmart otherwise think twice before joining....Read More
