The only thing I like about working at Wipro wad that they give chances to Freshers, and workload is not that too much, if work is done accordingly to the time.

Dislikes

Less salary offered, slow promotions, 2-3% appraisal, no skill development and team activity.

The lead Analyst Anuj Arora is the most toxic person to work with He has no idea of how to talk with his team mates and puts extra ordinary mental pressure on team mates And there is no assurance or support for his team mates when it comes to promoting them to next level instead he just focuses on making enviroment toxic and putting people on PIP

We need to take approval for leave from both client and Wipro manager. No promotion. Only one vegetable is available in canteen for all 5 days. No technical maintainance for lifts. Not a single thing in this company make you motivate to work. HR tells you whatever salary we will provide you will have to take at HR round. No negotiation. They don't even offer better salary for critical process.

No work ethics, no work life balance, no proper management and even the senior leadership is not supportive.
