You will learn a lot about many things under the supervision able managers. Everything is in place like policies, guidelines.

Dislikes

IJP system is very poor. you have to clear an exam then wait for some vacancy in other dept. There is no system of skill based promotion. 3 month notice period is too much.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
