1) Hybrid work policy-As of now no restrictions on hours we should stay in office for 3 days we come to office. 2)We can come for 1 hour in office for ex and rest of the day we can work from home. 3) Has additional 5 days yearly sick leaves. 4) Wipro has additional benefits,ex.MAS- has 20k yearly amount for medical expenses(which wecan't claim in mediclaim ) like opd and medicines for employees and dependents....Read More

1) Favourism for employees based on regional and location matches with manager. 2) Frequent project changes for laterals as people working since long or joined as a fresher forms a lobby,gather the knowledge and get difficult work completed by laterals and resources will be moved again in another project for similar tasks. 3) I feltlike ,one should not join this organisation,if he is looking for stable and long term opportunity and he is not tamil,telagu,malyali etc. 4) They do not bother about others capability and talent and it should be appreciated by some way,it is considered as normal for laterals....Read More
