Job Security is there and payment is guaranteed.

51Talk doesn't increase rates. I have been getting $5 since I started and it's like that. There are no incentives and bonuses. So it's best to keep your slots open for the whole month. Secondly, bookings are very low.

Yes I would definitely recommend for starters but you are looking higher salary, I wouldn't recommend it
