The company is open to Innovation. The work environment is good and colleagues are friendly and nice. The best thing is there is no office politics. As a beginner you get to learn a lot. You are given full authority to handle the project which is very rare thing in other offices. You are the part of Client meetings, you have to do site visits and also co-ordinate with the RCC consultants & 3D visualizers. A perfect training package for a fresher....Read More

The pay-scale is low. You get only Sunday off.
