The company does not have a refrigerator to keep the lunch boxes in it. We keep the lunch boxes in the area where our food gets spoilt and then we eat something from the cafeteria and our stomach gets upset because od unhygienic and pathetic food.The MD rajnee balaram needs to resign immediately as the staff is not happy with her. As per the company policy the temperature on the floor should be between 22-24 degrees celcius but they are unable to maintain it and it feels so warm and humid working with sweating on the face. People are now taking calls from all over the world and also now working for other departments. No time to even breath. Attrition rate is now high. Feels like in a school. So many pathetic policies they have. They are doing everything for cost cutting but the staff is suffering because of that. You can't do this and you can't do that. Disappointing....Read More

Well I don’t have just one. There are many . Don’t expect any appraisal amount . If you work as a waiter at the restaurant. You might get higher tip at the end of the month . Then getting any appraisal from ba call centre . It took me almost 4 years to understand that I was in mess and hell. I more thing I want to say at the time when I resigned their behaviour towards me was like I am nothing. Anyways I would suggest if any person whoever is looking forward to work in Bpo industry go for any other call centre but not call ba ....Read More

Nothing to like about Call BA, Because of incompetent leaders like Amrita Srivastava ( Training manager), Inderpreet Singh Dhawan ( Trainer) and HR is so incapable to make right decision.

Dislikes

Not at all the right place to grow. You can find trainer and manager in compromising situation Most of the time trainers hang around and date their colleagues. people can be seen using contraband near and inside the campus.
