The leadership is worst. They don't like people asking questions. They want people to just follow what they want. Also No job security, since they want seniors to do people management else will be thrown to bench and subsequently out of the firm.

Though far from city (Airoli), the campus is excellent with all facilities inside. Works on all latest/emerging technologies

Dislikes

Not a very good pay master. Policies are not employee friendly. Company majorly believes in putting resources on projects without understanding the employee aspirations.

There fun and freedom while working. Company culture is really awesome. People (manager, sr. manager etc) are really awesome. You will get chance to work on whatever you want to work on. Everything is awesome apart from salary hike.

Its always the manager whom you work with, that determines your professional satisfaction. Only in this company, my managers gave me the opportunity, whenever I asked.However i would also put it, that i joined the organization with the right set of expectations, from my end.

The compensation mismatch. My compensation is much less than even market standards.

The company adapts closed door policy and HR along with mid-management forms syndicates of clusters of preferred managers rather than mangers of capability. This work cultures allows only select few to raise and others who needs opportunity to grow based on acumen never gets chance, company purposely enforces labor intensive culture. It was an excellent experience working with Capgemini for a long tenure of 12 years. I have worked in different roles like team member, team lead, Service Line Lead, project manager and Service Delivery Manager in different projects and had very good learning experience.

Dislikes

Growth at Hyderabad is very slow comparing with Mumbai and Bangalore locations. I got three promotions in my long tenure of 12 years and this is the only concern i have to leave capgemini
