Nothing as such, it always your managers wish, people working for more than 10 years think that they own the company and do whatever they feel.

Dislikes

Management is not fair, they will listen to you only if you are in their favourite list. Appraisal is zero no appreciations as well.Lot of partiality from management level, irrespective of the work you do if you are not their favourite you will never get what you deserve something they will pull up to prove you are not worth anything. Disgusting is the word you should root for.
