Working at Digital Jockey was frustrating, to say the least. There's no clear focus on quality wokr, and the entire environment revolves around hitting meaningless targets. Management pushes employees to make calls, not caring about the actual value or interest from the leads. Its all about meeting numbers, even if that means pressuring clients into meetings when they're clearly not interested. The lack of support, guidance, and real growth opportunities made the job feel like a dead end. Instead of fostering creativity of genuine progress, they seem to thrive on quantity over quality. There is nothing good about this company , they will hire you for part time but they will make you work full time. They don't pay you on time. Very unprofessional company Specially Nitisha and Azhar these two are the major owner of this scam.
