Good place to work, which deals with world challenging industry (Oil & Gas). Company provides good job security. Managers welcomes innovative ideas form their employees. They have established all employee policies which definitely benefit for each but they can be much better though.

Dislikes

Onsite travels purely based on requirement, Its not rotational. Annual appraisals are not happen on time but arrears will be provided. Work load is quite common due to priority changes on daily basis and need to stretch long for completing the tasks.

Work Details

Being senior level employee of the company, Need to look into various tasks along with the day-to-day technical work. Quite challenging role to get work done from team and keep them & on-site team happy.

It is good place to learn especially for beginners. we can get more knowledge & exposure to domain.

Dislikes

some times we need to extend our work timings. if you are hard working person it won't be an issue. we will get decent appraisals but not on time. process is bit slow.
