There is very poor infrastructure and training is happened in gap of 5 years. Salary is irregular, but when you will get paid, you got total pending salary. Therefore, there is lots of chances to communicate with high profile bodies and can chances to increase your knowledge in different aspect.

Dislikes

Irregular salary, job insecurity. No one could take any responsibility about you job, neither govt nor implementing agency. There is hardly chance of increase your remuneration as per present market value.

Work Details

I am the counsellor of this institution and provide counselling and legal help to the poor and victim of Domestic violence. Therefore I have to do the report writting, case history analysis, data analysis, awareness program, liaison with govt body & NGOs.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Provide counselling towards women and child and other family members who are victim of Domestic violence and also provide legal help.
