The company claims to be an MNC but lacks the structure and professionalism of a corporate organization, operating more like a start-up. It could easily be labeled as the "Worst Place to Work." There is no proper management, and leniency prevails in every aspect. Both clients and the agency lack discipline & basic project managementresulting in a chaotic work environment. Work-life balance is non-existent, with employees constantly overloaded. The organization has no ethics or work culture, and most employees try to shift their responsibilities to others, including managers or HR. Managers go for the drink in office hours. Professionalism is lacking across the board, and there is no formal training or proper induction for entry-level employees. The top management desperately needs a revamp to address these issues.
