If you are looking for work life balance than Genpact is the company for you and you can also enhance your knowledge through their Genome portal.

Yearly increments are worst and not even meeting inflation rates. You will eventually lose your motivation level and feel depressed that after all your hard work you are getting same incrementcompare to a person who has not done any hard work throughout the year.

Great work culture. I love below points. Manager is approachable and listen our concerns and respond with suggestion. Tolerable work pressure, really appreciable no work no contact from manager on weekends. Genome is program available for your upskilling. If you change the department internally it will be considered as your candidature " New " for promotions. this is downside. so don't change department internally until you get a promotion or hike. Feel like under paid, compared to new joiners.

Everything … managers are after girls here favouritism is at its peak .. you point something about you dont like in front of your managers and they will be after your life … even senior managers are creep
