I would like to share my experience with Glow Logics Solution in the hope of helping others make an informed decision. The company initially promised a permanent role with a 5.2 LPA package after completing a 4-month period. However, the reality was quite different. Most of the workforce consists of interns, and the company heavily relies on them for operations. After making interns work for a few months, they are let go and replaced with new recruits from different colleges. This cycle continues, raising concerns about the authenticity of their hiring practices. The process to reach a so-called "permanent" position involves 2 months of internship followed by 2 months of probation, which in reality stretches to nearly 6–7 months. Even then, there is no job security — they can terminate you at any point, even within the first month. If you are terminated before completing 30 working days, you will not receive any salary, as they have a policy of paying only after 30 working days are completed. The internship certificate provided holds little to no value in the job market and is mainly useful only for college credit. Moreover, the stipend or salary offered is so minimal that it doesn’t even cover basic expenses like PG rent. In summary, please be cautious before considering an opportunity with this company. It may be more beneficial to gain experience elsewhere where your efforts are fairly recognized and compensated....Read More

Honestly, my overall experience at Glowlogics has been very positive. If I had to mention one area of improvement, it would be that sometimes, due to fast-paced environment and multiple ongoing projects. Certain processes or communications can get a bit of trust.
