Work is less compared to other companies. That is only thing good here

Salary, promotion, company all are not good. Especially company politics is there. If you are same as manager's religion or region, then they will treat you good otherwise they will show partiality. Work balance is not good.

Some Project managements are too worse and their are pointing out the employees and doing the politics against the employees I personally experienced. Note this point:- For support projects there is no shit allowances nd only cab facility available

Mostly I like here work culture as well as work with talented techies,There is lots of opportunities, if you are 12th standard candidate you can join in hcl though techbee program.In hcl people get good appraisal as per performance. No work pressure out side of your shift. Hybrid model to go to office.

1. Less number of team members leading to high work pressure during peak hours. 2. Unable to get expected leaves due to less number of team members. 3. Working in 5 different shifts as required by the team. Sometimes different shifts in the same week as well. 4. What is salary hike? never heard of it.

I like only campus on Hcltech rest all I really hate that.
