Good environment to work, Felxible Hybrid work mode and no micromanagement.

Dislikes

Although iGreenData has Good environment but the client side it is tuff to survive. No one will give inputs and no one will help. We have to self learn and work.. If client release from project it would be difficult to get into other project. Job security is still a question mark..
