in this company we have some dislikes like as compared to NFC and OFC food taste is complete different and without intimation HR will decide and removing the employee.

A sense of job security as there are many projects. But this is not guaranteed.

Dislikes

No salary hikes. Work life balance reflects it's founder Mr Murthy's ideology 70 hours unofficial. They are reluctant to provide WFH although all your team members work from different offices.

The campus and the sports activity zone are great. I never got a chance to play though, always busy with work.

Work culture especially in my project, I cannot say this about other projects but I heard it was more or less the same.

Only the campus. But it’s no use when you don’t have peace within

Work culture , poor work life balance. They even charge you for parking even in SEZ . The prices in cafeteria are higher. And obviously we all know Narayan murthy the boss expects you to work 14 hours a day for India’s growth not Infosys growth!!!
