As a fresher I was excited to work in the reputed organization and the environment there is so good.

Dislikes

but after joining the company only i got to know about the bench policy and they will just make us sit idle and do not give any projects.even if there is project opportunity they will expect us to have the project experience.I don't understand this .so I won't recommend this organisation for freshers.But if u experience and join this company,u will have a career growth.

Skill Development They have Lex portal Which more then university or wikipedia of technology , you can learn any technology from there as per your time also skill trainnig is provided

Mangers Like "Maulik " and "Anmol " are not good , they misguide the new fresher before taking in projects . these leads are insuficent with technical skill it will create lots of unecessarynoice in project , thing which can be done in hours , ussually take weeks becuase of skill gap in senior roles of lead and mangers , they are in the organization since 10 or 12 years so they became lead and mangers, even junior system associate technical skill is better then this leads and managers , specially i have wroked two telecomunication domian project i.e, Proximus and Telenet where Gpm is rude they dont even talk properly. I have joined as fresher no hike,no pormotion in 2.7 years of working, in project like EOS they forced us to work more the 14 to 15 hours daily this went for next 6 month ....Read More

It does train you for the hardcore professional corporate world. Be keen to learn and you will find a way to stumble upon something good be it a project, colleagues or even technologies. Take every failures as a learning and success as a part of your professional journey towards your growth. Some managers are quite good , they will reach out to you personally if you require any help.

Dislikes

The work is always there but so does the bench period. Sometimes you will have to settle for the less as it's a lottery based system for assignment of projects for freshers and you will have to be patient in terms of growth. People starting from absolute zero, it will take decades to reach a substantial level of financial security but there is no easy ladder to reach any required level.

Dislikes

This is the worst organisation ever when it's comes as compensation, hikes and promotions.No value for performance. They only compensate and promote people based on their state , degree, religion and caste even if they don't have the bare minimum eligibility to deserve that. They don't even consider the employee who working hard andgiving consistent high performance even if they have more than the required eligibility they won't even consider them for any hike or promotion....Read More
