For employees at JL 3 & 4 compensation is way below market average, employees doesn't get proper hike as HR will tons of reasons to decline request. Not so good for freshers.

Only part I liked as fresher was training in Mysore, if you end up in good stream it will be good.

Our friends who joined Accenture at the same time as us are earning 20-40% more than us... No proper hikes.
