Likes

No basic facility like fans and light available for staff. Even water purifier is broken. Washroom is combined for labour and staff which is so dirty due to gutka and cool lip spit by labours. People here are like crab in a bucket, always try to pull other down. Salary was not good, no incrememt or other allowance was given.

Dislikes

No basic facility provided. Salary was never on time. Plant head was rude and use bad language in front of staff and labour.

Work Details

Bad. More stressed then enjoyment. No appriciation from seniors even after completeing the multiple projects within same time limit.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Not even basic facility like lights or pure water.
