Working under the owner was sometimes challenging, but I must admit that the company paid a competitive salary.

Dislikes

The company's owner, driven solely by profit, exhibited a merciless attitude towards the employees, prioritizing cos-cutting measures at the expense of their well-being. Moreover, the company's internal structure perpetuate a culture or marginalization, where certain individuals were favored while others were sidelined, leading to atoxic work environment.
