The company is open to innovation and readily adopts.latest technology. I love the fact that I was a part of a team that markets reliable high quality product. Another plus point was that my colleagues come from various nationals and we work as a team work. Like the environment of the company lot.

Dislikes

No compensation evwn if you work extra hours ut growth . The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I had to work from home also.after finishing my work at office. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, the reason to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do.was receiving appreciation emails from.the clients, but they go unnoticed during my year end appraisals.There is no job training for freshers, seniors has to guide the freshers step by step which make the seniors more busy with the work. Work Details

Generally speaking my work was challenging as have to manage day to day operations and need to coordinate with the other departments and follow.with the clients.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
