I joined this company in the name of DevOps and after 1.9 years of working I got to know I am doing nothing on DevOps ..this is a real concern while you are working in this company , they don't have cloud and devops projects , they are working on 3dexp completely and never told us while recruiting. I have resign today from this company and it gives me freedom and relaxation , I even complain about toxic work culture and bad management but no one listen to me..every higher management people are busy in their own world. It's better to not join this firm as you will definitely regret afterwards , No increment ,No appreciation,very much mirco management,lots of work load which is not relevant to your job profile, they ask you to make and edit videos , fill excel ,also force you to do pre sale work .no professionalism at all. And last but not least , they cut a max chunk from your monthly income , pls read offer letter many times and hidden conditions etc...Read More
