I've had the misfortune of working for this company for the past year, and it has been an absolute nightmare. Let me break down the various reasons why this company's culture is nothing short of a disaster.

Dislikes

Toxic Company Culture: From day one, it was evident that the company had a toxic work culture. Employees are pitted against each other, and the management seems to thrive on creating a hostile environment. There's a severe lack of teamwork, and it's every man for himself. Micro Management Hell: If you enjoy having your every move scrutinized, this is the perfect place for you. Micro management is taken to a whole new level here. You're not trusted to complete even the most basic tasks without constant supervision and criticism. It's stifling and demoralizing. Leave Approval Nightmare: Need a day off for personal reasons or a vacation? Good luck with that! Leave approvals are virtually nonexistent. They act like taking a day off is a cardinal sin. You'll be made to feel guilty for even asking, and most of the time, your request will be denied without any reasonable explanation. Salary Deductions for No Apparent Reason: Imagine working tirelessly, meeting all your targets, and then receiving your paycheck with mysterious deductions. This is a common occurrence here. They deduct money from your salary without any clear explanation or justification. It's like a monthly rollercoaster of financial anxiety. No Room for Growth: Career development and growth opportunities are mere illusions here. The company claims to promote from within, but it's nothing but empty words. In reality, they prefer to hire externally for higher positions, leaving dedicated employees feeling stuck and undervalued. Poor Work-Life Balance: Expect to work long hours, including weekends, without any additional compensation or appreciation. The work-life balance is non-existent, which takes a toll on your physical and mental health. Communication Breakdown: Communication within the company is abysmal. Important information is withheld or communicated at the last minute, leaving employees feeling blindsided and frustrated. Unrealistic Expectations: The company sets unrealistic goals and expects you to achieve them regardless of the obstacles in your way. It's a recipe for stress and burnout. Lack of Employee Benefits: Employee benefits are minimal, and health coverage is subpar. The company seems more interested in cutting costs than taking care of its employees' well-being. In conclusion, working for this company has been a soul-crushing experience. The toxic culture, micro management, leave denials, salary deductions, and overall lack of appreciation for employees make it a place to avoid at all costs.
