Toxic environment where everyone plays blame game and manager highlights the error instead of helping their underlings with a new bug parade, especially for new joiness or freshers. Seniors who do mistake is ok. Lies lies and lies, they say you are getting a good promotion and then give you 4% increments, when asked the reason they say they have a metrics which no one knows as they don’t explain it They have a 360deg review, which is nothing but a cheap truck as they don’t tell you the feedbacks from your manager and colleagues then what’s the point They focus on way too many products without ensuring even one product is usable, every product is really a trash with tons of bugs. Instead of fixing those, a new feature is implemented every next day Deadlines🤣 they will keep pressuring you for the deadlines but if a bug is introduced, they will be like we didn’t force you to release this, the irony Funny how I came to check the reviews and many comments showed 5* whereas internally the company is in shambles where more than 7 employees resigned almost in same month due to companies monopoly. Lastly, I would say if you are fresher and got this company you can work with them if you don’t have any other offers but for experienced never join this company in a million years. Biggest red flag of company is “We are a family”, “Since you are a family member here are some ESOPs” lol...Read More
