Great salary, highly intelligent team leads to admire, acknowledgment for excellent work, fair evaluations, and enjoyable events.

Dislikes

Excessive micromanagement, insufficient knowledge transfer sessions for newcomers (in my team), significant nepotism, a sense of isolation as the only female team member, and a lack of clarity from the HR team when hiring freshers for roles.
