teammates - They are friendly and good. They are my friends. training - there are a lot of training in Sitel that will give us career growth if the managers will let you train. job security - excellent. sitel will keep you as long as you are doing your job properly. career growth - no room for career growth for me not because of the company but because of the management. They will choose whoever is close to them and who doesn't question them. salary - been there for how many years but salary appraisal depends on how close you are to your coach or team leader not because of your score cards. travel - team buildings are always paid by the employees. politics - worst work life balance - I regret that I entered the company. I loved my job too much that i didn't have time to take care of my son and was not able to attend major family gathering because my leave was not approved most of the time....Read More

Salary wise, sitel gives the lowest salary of all the call center company here in our city. Career growth is poor. no work balance. Sitel company policy is good but the manager which make it worst.

Work Details

I loved my job before. I was selected as the first offshore quality analyst of back office by our client because of my skills and scorecard but my supervisor doesn't want because she wants to choose someone she likes.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings) 

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
