Job Security is the only plus joining with TCS. They never let you go unless and until you decide to leave the company.

Dislikes

TCS is a good company for the experienced ones, those who come here with good domains and good packages. But being a fresher TCS is a bad choice.. You end up working in support projects and learn nothing. Its only after 1.5 Years we can be released from the project and look for a good Domain. And that is all in the managers hand, he can keep your release held for 3 years and ruin your Life
