I would say thing I don't like is not giving flexibility of permanent work from home. In my case i am from north India and my office is in banglore after paying rent and other expenses i feel like I am earning for karnataka and not for myself. Apart from it I hav elderly parents depended on me financially and Physically which unable's me to go such far to work. Overall Good. Tcs should give flexibility of work from home permanently. Team meeting twice a year but it actually doesn't makes sense to work when we spent our hole on rents and leave our Dependent elderly parents at Home.
