Only that TCS provide a job security better than any other company.

Dislikes

First of all salary hikes, most of the projects are already in production and you won't find growth here it also depends on project to project. If you want to work in TCS... TCS should not be your first company to work under. Its not good for freshers.

Working at Tata Consultancy Services was a great experience for me. I liked the professional work culture, the opportunities for continuous learning, and the supportive team environment. While I had a positive experience overall at Tata Consultancy Services, one thing I found challenging was the limited flexibility in project allocation. Sometimes, the projects assigned didn’t fully align with my skills or interests. However, I tried to make the most of every opportunity and used it as a chance to learn and grow professionally.

The thing I like about tcs is its working cultures and policies. It gives kind of a work security to its employees.

Dislikes

The only thing that I dislike about Tata consultancy services is because of its salary increament and appraisal structure. Because does not give you much hike and you start to think that you are getting left behind by others if you will continue working with tcs.

Everything, they hire freshers who are engineer graduates and allocate BPO projects and they won't give any release. Such a poor management spoiled my career. I got selected in TCS through a coding competition which is TCS CODE VITA but working in a BPO role
