People work there are extremely good. Founders don't behave like a boss, they are extremely friendly and talented.

Dislikes

They don't give equal opportunities. If they don't like a person they will make you go out without giving any work. Talent doesn't speak there only those who speak with talent will stay there.

Dislikes

Although i haven't worked at Testpress yet,as a fresher,i anticipate that adjusting to a new work environment and understanding the workflow might be initially challenging.however,I see this as a valuable learning opportunity.

No job security. They fired entire batch just because they didn't had funds enough to keep us. So they asked us to write entire ecommerce app in few hours.

No job security. Even though you perform good enough, there is no guarantee that they ll keep you. If they decide they'll fire you with no reason
