Valeur Fabtex is a very bad organization in Netaji Subhash Place. Their recruitment process is terrible. First, they hire you and assign you to work under a specific head, but later, the team manager starts seeing you as a threat, fearing that you might take their job. They never let you progress in your career. The director has no idea what’s happening in the company, and the HR team is completely ineffective. There is mismanagement in HR operations, salaries are not paid on time, and employees are even called to work on Sundays.
