Wipro is overall good the process which I am working is pathetic. Only politics , no appreciation for work but if you make a simple mistake than everybody will taunt you badly. You need to extra effort after your kpi and work for good rating. If you have listen taunts if you take leaves for vacation. According to management you only take leaves if you are sick or any emergency come into your life.

It's been great experience to work with Wipro. Wipro giving great opportunity for freshers and train them in such environment so that after some time one can survive in any organization. They have very good career growth and training facility to grow in your career very fast and learn new Dynamics. On the other hand in high work pressure some times hamper work life balance. I think to their salary and appraisal is not good in the industry while on the other hand there is high job security, medical facility, transport facility, career growth.

Generally speaking, my work is changing as I have to look after a large team and management responsibilities specially quality management. All the efforts involved gets little hectic sometime, but it's ok. It was a great learning experience with Wipro.
