Easy group adaptation and open interactive environment Work pressure is not so heavy and in addition to this teamates are cooperative and approachable Flexible system with dress and timing

Slow growth and prospects in terms of skill development, learning and career advancement. Rewards related benefits are not so appropriate and logical.

Work is not so monotonous, nothing so exciting to learn and in addition to this process is not providing relevant education related to your domain. Even a guy having MBA can feel inferior while doing such backend data entry, extraction related work.
