Everyone is cooperative, and there is no work pressure. The work environment is friendly, supportive, and encourages a healthy work-life balance.but at the EOD we need to complete our target.

"When someone moves from position L0 to L1, they often develop an attitude,rude behaviour towards L0. Even though the salary is lower. Targets have also been increased."

There is no priority and recognition for hardworking people. Who are working hard not getting salary correctly but who are taking unplanned, skipping work they are getting better salary. No improvement in salary, no hikes.
