Wipro is a great company to work with, even after adverse business environment, they are paying on an average 95% variables each quarter at C1 and above. Within finance there are limited projects however if you do great, you can easily earn recognition for yourself. Since projects are limited hence if you are not on project, you maynot get much time on bench, it's only 3 months to get into another project or leave the company. Overall i like it....Read More
