Dislikes

Lack of projects and HR system is worst. They simply terminate you without listening and understanding your concerns or requests. Recently there is a LOP (loss-of-pay) policy which treats employees very bad and even though there is lack of projects for lower band people, HR will not listen your request and simply ignore us. There is nothing like career growth at Wipro. Not at all recommended for freshers especially who aspire to grow more and wants to get good hike and package....Read More

Wipro pays well compared to other MNCs.

Dislikes

Wipro has role rotation policy for every 2 years. Can't expect u will be same project. Frequent ramp downs will happen in projects. Hikes are very less. 3 months bench period once you relied from project. Among which 45 days are payable. From 46th day you will be in LOP untill you get project before 90th day.

Work culture is cool in my project. Only fixed time and no pressure for me but others in some projects feel have huge pressure. Allownaces are good so can be used. Huge priority on mental helath.

There are lot of dislikes no hikes no promotion from 4 years.

Work life balance. Empathy from HR always lacks. Out my total work experience I could never get any reply from HR. Even at resignation no HR came up in front. I have to go and ask about my lwd formalities. The WIPRO which I heard when I was a kid is different from what I have seen.

Team mates and project manager is good and supportive. I have some issues at home medically also 1 year baby but still I am able to manage the work. Its because of the team we have.

The only thing I dislike is we dont have good salary benefits here. Apart from this everything is ok.
