Dislikes

We will not feel like recognising, Wipro needs to recognise the people who works efficiently and reliably. Salaries are not matching with the current generation value. It needs to increase salaries of the employees to hold the employees for longer time.

I see there is no response from management when Employee need any help. It's like employee is hired that' all he has to do work no support no response when anything is needed not good environment towards roles and assignment
