- No increment or less increment - No proper appraisal cycle. And its not linked with increment. They have seperate increment cycle and its not fixed. - No proper promotion cycle or criteria. Its changes as per HR's mood and completely depend on your L1 - Less payscale. Compared to foreign service based organisation, wipro is paying very less. - No Job Security. bench period is 45 days and within that need to get billable project otherwise they ask to resign. - zero retention policy. They don't retain. They don't value employee so they don't bother or care for them. If employee leaving then they let them leave and doesn't retain - though you are billable, you will not get 100% variable pay. Its always 70%-90% for lower bands B1, B2, B3 - no location flexibility. Doesn't provide relocation or remote work opportunity for extended period In short its not good...Read More

I worked on 4 projects in 3+ years at Wipro and getting to work in different projects added a lot to my skillset.I liked project tenure being not too long - just right so that I got to work on multiple projects. Variable pay always got above 70%. 3 days wfo in a week and on top of that get 30 days WFH exceptions in a year. So effective 114 days WFO in a year which is fine and gives flexibility . Leaves policy is good with 21 annual leaves and 5 wellness leaves in a year.Health insurance is priced reasonably....Read More

Wipro does not provide transportation for general shift employees and some projects don't have ODCs at a particular location but still you are required to visit office and work from general ODC

It’s a usual company. Nothing much to describe more about. In a positive manner.

1. Less pay 2. Employees were not supposed to work or open their device in cafeteria. 3. No seats or sofas were provided to sit which were removed from corridors. 4. AC is switched off from cafeteria after breakfast hours.
