Wipro is a multinational company.God work environment and culture.And the management is transparent.Company and they give good salary and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Ther is a lot of politics and the managememt doesn't address our issues.there is a bound 2 years before which you cannot resign.

The job is quite interesting struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.I learn everithing on the job.

All the TL and Managers are supportive..And the company has a good security..All the facilities are also awesome .. Overall everything is good..

I just dislike one thing that is I gave my resignation and after seeing to my career growth I revoked my resignation but they said they not got the mail ani they have not cancelled my resignation so it was my bad luck even I was not willing to leave that job but still becoz of all this misunderstanding I was asked to leave..But overall the company is too gud and everyone is too much supportive..If I got the chance to work with Wipro I would be more than happy to work with them..Thank u so much to all those peoples of Wipro team.....Read More
