Xindus is a great company to start your career. The work environment is excellent people here are genuinely helpful and supportive. There's no strict time-bound pressure, which helps maintain a healthy work life balance. One of the biggest plus points is being surrounded by good managers. They never pressure you unnecessarily; even when you bring challenges to the table, they encourage you to find solutions and give you full ownership of your work....Read More

Dislikes

One thing I personally don’t like is the frequent changes in the work pattern. I understand that in a startup environment, we follow a cycle of experimenting, failing, and learning and that’s part of the growth. But even when a solution works well, the working model tends to change every quarter, which can sometimes disrupt momentum and consistency.

Worked in logistics for over 30 years before starting here. Xindus provides no clear objectives and no specific goals. I was unable to know what was expected of me and with no notice they let me go. If they would told me what I needed to do I could have worked on fixity performance. Xindus is very disorganized and lack clear expectations on logistics sevices. They don't have a proper team structure, sales planning is not at all in place. They come up with imaginary targets and fire people within 2-3 months of recruitment. The whole team was sacked . They are even bluffing the investors . They promise for B2C sales but are on boarding co - loaders. The numbers that they quoted are very mis leading.
