Multiple benefits if you are a Residential employee salary compensation incentives etc.

Dislikes

if you are a service provider i.e. Contractual basis employee your life will be hell every other day you will be reminded that you are a contractor no proper remuneration no proper leaves no job security etc.

Nothing at all. Wait only the washrooms!

Tons of things to say. First of all, no good trainings given to the new employees. All the team leaders, bosses and managers are in real hurry from day one. There is no proper introduction given about the company and also about the works/tasks we are supposed to do. The place we work is dirty, noisy and ergonomically poorly designed. Other senior employees laugh, talk, murmur while working so it gets very difficult for the new comers to work in a focused manner in a quiet environment. Hardly any breaks for food in a 8-10 hrs shift. Lastly Accenture hired me in a rotational job shift but after clearing all my interviews when I was hired I was out to work only in night shift. I also questioned them that we had an agreement that I would be working in Accenture in a rotational shift position then why are you guys assigning me only night shift!? Well they were speechless and had their backs against the wall and didn’t have any answers. Such things happen in Accenture India. I would highly recommend people to first see the workplace, the work and the timings you all are getting hired for and then if everything is fine then only join. They pay pretty good also incentive is great but they don't retain you and also are paying more to new candidates in spite of retaining an experience one who is already working there they are hiring freshers or people with less experience are getting payed more

Accenture is a good company and I never had grudges against the company. Accenture gives timely pay out and good compensation as per the market standard.

Dislikes

I do not liked the management. Being associate, we have to listen to team leader guidance. Team leaders are also manipulated by their managers. Therefore, managers - some are irritating so much that they starts doing micro-managing everything such as why your cab is delayed, threatening employees who was performing well in the beginning but lately could not perform well. Luckily, I know my job well so I never gave these managers chance to intimate me like those poor people. I have seen most tenured employees quit the job due to work pressure & constant nagging by managers....Read More
