Managers are leeches. During my tenure, I put in my complete efforts to learn the process, be an acting SME and trainer. Yet promotions and recognitions are rewarded only to those who speak highly of their managers. Getting to join a great project at Accenture is per luck.

my managers and team leader in adcb siddharth, chirag, naveen, raghunandan were very biased. they were huge into favouritism, biased behaviour. no support given to female employee. has to bear with hearing jokes on female. if you complain the hr ankit and team leader siddharth they ask you to leave if you have issues than solving your issues. the team leader openly has affair with team member and takes her with him to which ever process he goes to. yes siddharth the worst team lead and chirag the worst manager who supported him. very bad experience and the management hr don't bother with your issues. they will remove you instead of solving the query. band of wolves in adcb department...Read More
