At first it was a great company to work for but management doesn't know what they are doing and do not put their employees first but yet except a 110% commitment from their staff

Dislikes

Salaries are always late, no explanation or communication at all, they do not care about your debit orders or credit score. Employees are always behind with their personal payments due to this. This is a one man's show and not really a good company to work for.

Work Details

I love my job, it keeps me busy all day long and there's always something new to learn I just wish the company was ran in a professional and fare way but unfortunately that's not the case with ALP.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
