Though far from city (Airoli), the campus is excellent with all facilities inside. Works on all latest/emerging technologies

Dislikes

Not a very good pay master. Policies are not employee friendly. Company majorly believes in putting resources on projects without understanding the employee aspirations.

Everything is good apart from Compensation. Once you are part of this Organisation, just forget about salary hike.

There is no proper salary hike. Once you are part of this organisation, forget to get salary hike. If you do good work or bad, you'll not get salary hike.

Work Details

There fun and freedom while working. Company culture is really awesome. People (manager, sr. manager etc) are really awesome. You will get chance to work on whatever you want to work on. Everything is awesome apart from salary hike.

It's Pathetic to be part of Capgemini. Youngsters please don't opt for this company. It can be a dent on ur career forever. They play politics than actual work. u need to please superior with words than ur work. They have groups and they can make u jobless just because they dont like ur extraordinary skills. This company will not survive with this attitude .

Nothing is good. Top-level management play only politics and no actual technical work. I ignored previous post by other people. U don't do it. Dont opt this company. When skilled people will stop opting for such company, they have to change their policy. It for everyone one us. Dont be happy snatching other's chair, next can be u. " Jago India Jago".

At the start of my job I was worked on emerging technology in research and development group. It was very good experience to work on latest technology in the market. I was worked on Virtual Assistant tool, Microsoft Stream Insight , Text it tool. Now I m part of Automation group and worked on Uipath automation tool. CG work culture is friendly and timing are flexible. Very good work environment.
